You can rely on this Name to receive the strength to get out of a vicious circle and to correct a bad habit. The first two letters of the sequence form the word “Peh-Hey” which means “mouth”, which is why it is also given the power to give courage to the shy and in particular to speak in public.

This Name helps us in the task of cleaning both indoor and outdoor environments of negative forces. It is up to us to give the right space to allow the creator to do the cleaning by deactivating all negative energy. By doing this, we allow light to enter and to resonate with the positive vibration that spreads out and allows our spiritual growth and that of the planet. With the same ghematry we find the word “gadal” which means “to grow”.
Gematria 19 contains the meaning of origin because it is connected to the proper name “chava” (Eve), the first woman and mother on earth, as such it favours universal love but also imperfection and chaos. However, I like to associate this Name with the vibration of beauty, harmony and success in sentimental life. It helps to move away from feelings such as jealousy and envy.
Invoking this Name is useful when you need to find the right words to tell the truth or vice versa to listen to it. To do this you need to connect to your heart and let it suggest words to your mind. By opening our hearts we find the truth and the courage to face every situation.
