SHIPPING
Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost and will be specified during the check-out procedure, before the purchase process is concluded. Orders placed on yujewels.com are currently distributed throughout Europe with the following shipping costs.
1 . Switzerland – Free shipping
2 . Europe – 3.70€
3 . Africa, Asia, North America, South America and Oceania – 5.00€
Shipping times
Once the real availability of the products in the warehouse has been ascertained, the order will be processed within 2/3 working days (therefore excluding weekends and holidays): once the package has been entrusted to the courier, delivery is usually guaranteed within 72/96 hours. YUJewels assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the courier. In the event of non-delivery to the address indicated at the time of the order, the courier will subsequently contact the recipient by telephone. At the end of the storage times (defined by the courier) the package will return to the sender at YUJewels headquarters. In the event that the Customer requests a new shipment of the order, the costs will be at his/her expense.
Delays or unavailability
In exceptional cases it may happen that the desired goods are no longer available. In these cases the Customer will be contacted immediately. The Customer will be informed of any waiting times for the receipt of the missing item/s, asking whether or not he/she wishes to confirm the order of the aforementioned product. We reserve the right to carry out partial deliveries in the event that only a part of the ordered items is available. In this case, the items still available will be delivered to the Customer. The Customer will receive a refund of equal value for the products/s not received.
Damage
After receiving the package, please check its integrity. Should it be damaged or show signs of tampering, please accept with reserve and check the contents. Then please contact us immediately via customer service.
